About REImate
REImate is the ai deal engine for real estate investors. It grew out of one investing business's own deal engine, the software used to text sellers, manage negotiations, prepare contracts, screen title risks and marketed its signed deals, and became a platform so other investing businesses could run the same loop in their own workspace, on their own address, under their own name.
Who runs it
Steven McConnon is a real estate investor and the founder of REImate, the AI deal engine built from the system that ran his own investing business.
How a workspace works
Every workspace is one business: its lists, its numbers, its templates, its buyers. Sellers and buyers see that business, never REImate. The business is the sender of record for every message and the party on every contract; REImate is the software.
