    REImate Partner Terms

    1. Relationship and approval

    You are an independent partner of Mavericks Holdings LLC, doing business as REImate. You are not an employee, agent or franchisee and cannot sign or make commitments for REImate. You may not promote REImate until REImate approves your account. Referrals recorded before approval are ineligible.

    2. Tracks and rates

    • Referral partner: 27%. You make a qualified introduction; REImate runs sales and onboarding.
    • Sales partner: 35%. You educate, demonstrate and move a qualified buyer to a paid subscription; REImate handles onboarding.
    • Sales + onboarding partner: 40%. You perform the sale and guide the approved onboarding checklist.

    REImate confirms your track. Sales and onboarding tracks require the corresponding certification. A changed track applies only to referrals recorded after the change.

    3. Commission basis

    Commission applies only to software subscription revenue actually collected during a referred customer's first twelve paid months. An annual payment covers twelve paid months and is commissionable when collected. Discounts reduce the commission base. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, prepaid balances, messaging, phone numbers, carrier fees, data or AI usage, optional services, one-time charges and third-party pass-through costs are excluded.

    One customer can have one partner. The referral attached to the customer's paid checkout wins; one partner per customer. A tracked link is remembered in that browser for 90 days; REImate may record a documented warm introduction manually. Self-referrals are ineligible.

    4. Holds, payouts and reversals

    Commission is held for 30 days after collection. Payouts are reviewed monthly and normally recorded by the 10th for eligible balances that have cleared the hold. The minimum payout is $50; smaller balances carry forward. REImate will not pay until required tax information and a payout method are on file.

    If a customer payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed. A won dispute restores it. A reversal already paid may be deducted from future payouts or requested back.

    5. Disclosure and approved claims

    Clearly disclose the paid relationship in the endorsement itself: spoken and shown in video, in the first line of a social post, above the fold in email, and in the same direct message as the link. A profile or description alone is insufficient. Use only the current partner kit, synthetic demo and approved claims and assets.

    You must not promise deals, revenue, closings, signatures, title outcomes or carrier approval; imply that AI signs for a seller; hide separately billed usage; call the Service unlimited; show real seller data; send spam or use purchased lists; bid on the REImate name; publish an unapproved competitor comparison; refer yourself; or misstate your relationship with REImate.

    6. Brand, customer data and taxes

    Use the REImate name and approved assets only for approved promotion and stop using an asset when asked. Do not request customer credentials or provider logins. Customer information stays in REImate's approved onboarding workflow. You are responsible for your taxes. Tax forms must be delivered through the secure method REImate designates, never by ordinary email attachment.

    7. Review, pause and termination

    REImate may review content and pause or close an account for violations. New referrals recorded while paused or closed do not accrue commission. Either side may end the relationship with written notice. On an ordinary termination, previously approved referrals continue through their original twelve-paid-month windows. Fraud, self-referral, deceptive claims, spam, misuse of customer data or another material violation may make related unpaid commission ineligible and end continuing commission rights.

    8. Changes and earnings disclaimer

    Rate or term changes require written notice and apply prospectively to referrals recorded after the effective date unless the change is required by law or addresses fraud or abuse. Examples are arithmetic only, not typical results or income promises. REImate makes no promise of earnings.

    9. General

    These Terms and the current partner kit are the full partner agreement. California law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes must be brought in state or federal courts located in California. Neither side may assign the relationship without the other's written consent, except that REImate may assign it with a sale of the business. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder survives. Sections concerning reversals, prohibited conduct, confidentiality, taxes and disputes survive termination.
