For real estate investors
The AI texts homeowners, makes the offer, negotiates, sends the agreement for signature and lines up the sale. Watch it happen in 80 seconds.
Loads your lists, opens at a fixed fraction of value, answers questions from approved scripts, climbs a bounded price ladder.
Moves approved deal terms into your configured template and creates a signer-specific link.
Flags ownership, recorded liens and estimated payoff issues before marketing; final clearance stays with your title provider.
Every buyer carries a score; a new deal reaches the hottest buyers first, with a public listing page and a race link.
Off-market sellers from your own sources: skip-traced lists, FSBO feeds, your VA's leads. One workspace holds them all.
Opens at a fixed fraction of value, answers questions from your approved scripts, climbs a price ladder you set. Never past the ceiling you drew.
Once terms are approved, REImate can prepare your purchase agreement and send a signer-specific link using your configured template.
REImate can flag ownership, recorded liens and estimated payoff issues before marketing. Your title provider performs the final title work.
Use a company subdomain with your business name, listings and seller-facing pages.
Platform-provided numbers and carrier registration are available during onboarding, subject to carrier approval. Existing Twilio accounts can also be connected.
Configure your purchase-agreement template and saved signature so approved deal details can flow into signer-specific links.
Screen ownership, recorded liens and estimated payoff against the offer before marketing. Final title clearance remains with your title provider.
Every cash buyer carries a score from volume, engagement and recency. A new deal reaches the hottest buyers first, with a public listing page and a race link.
Price ladders, negotiation thresholds and closing terms, edited from Settings. Never a support ticket.
Admin, user, closer, VA, partner and demo roles limit which parts of the workspace each teammate can use.
Your plan covers the software. Metered actions such as texting, AI and data lookups draw from a prepaid credit balance, with per-action pricing and transaction history visible in Billing.
The only AI that takes a seller from first text to signed agreement. It replaces the acquisitions hire, not the CRM.
A one-time activation plus a monthly plan covers the software. Pay a year up front and the activation is waived. Texting, AI and data are prepaid credits, priced per action.

No. We can provision texting during onboarding and submit the required carrier registration using your business details. Messaging activation depends on carrier approval. If you already have a Twilio account, you can connect it instead.
Your business is presented as the sender and contracting party. Your workspace uses your company name, configured numbers and legal identity on a company subdomain; REImate remains the software provider and may still appear in the web address or required service notices.
Yes. A workspace supports admin, user, closer, VA, partner and demo roles. Permissions vary by role, and administrators should review access before inviting teammates.
A one-time activation plus a monthly plan. Qualify is a $497 activation plus $399 a month; Starter is a $1,497 activation plus $799 a month; Growth is a $2,997 activation plus $1,499 a month; Pro is a $4,997 activation plus $2,499 a month. Paying a year up front waives the activation ($3,990 for Qualify, $7,990 for Starter, $14,990 for Growth, $24,990 for Pro). Qualify hands you the lead. Starter and up close it. Every closing plan includes the full acquisition-to-disposition workflow, your own address and your own contracts, your texting numbers bought and carrier registration filed for you, and welcome credits to start (60,000 welcome credits ($600), one time on Starter, more on Growth and Pro). REImate takes a $330 platform fee when an acquisition contract is signed on a closing plan; Qualify has no per-contract fee because you close it yourself. Larger teams talk to us.
Nothing beyond your prepaid credit balance. AI texting, skip tracing, data lookups and e-sign envelopes are metered as you use them at a per-action price shown in Settings → Billing, which is the provider's cost plus a platform margin. You buy credits in Settings, bigger packs come with bonus credits, credits never expire while your workspace is active, and a result served from cache is free.
They are two separate things. Your plan is the software and what the AI is allowed to do, billed monthly or yearly. Credits are prepaid usage, one balance that every metered action spends. Each plan starts you with a one-time grant of credits: 60,000 welcome credits ($600), one time on Starter, 150,000 welcome credits ($1,500), one time on Growth, 300,000 welcome credits ($3,000), one time on Pro. After that you top up whenever you like, and bigger packs earn bonus credits. Nothing recurring is bundled into a plan, so a month you do not text costs you nothing in credits.
On our own listed-FSBO campaigns, between a few hundred and a few thousand outbound texts per signed seller contract, which is roughly $50 to $450 of credits at the per-text price. The list and the opening offer move that number more than anything else. Against one assignment fee, texting is the cheapest input in the deal.
Billing history can be exported from the app. For a broader workspace export or closure request, contact support. Closed-workspace data is retained for 30 days for recovery and then deleted, except for records we must keep longer, such as billing, consent, opt-out and carrier-compliance records.
Monthly plans are month to month; cancel any time from Settings → Billing and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Annual plans are paid up front for the year. The activation is not refundable once provisioning starts (numbers are bought and carrier registration is filed for you); the first month of a monthly plan is refundable within 30 days. Prepaid credits you have bought stay yours and do not expire while your workspace is active.
Your offer pages, listings and signing flows use your business identity on a company subdomain such as your-company.reimate.com. You remain the sender and contracting party; REImate provides the software behind the workflow. Messaging activation is subject to carrier approval.
